- Not share access to their account with third parties

All content provided through Culakuy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Culakuy or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. 5. Payment and Refunds

All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure with reasonable notice. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Culakuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the past 12 months.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Dispute Resolution
